Dyers Hall, Dowgate Hill, London
The Dyers Guild was constructed in 1840 for the experimentation in dyeing cloth and wool. IGN Structures were instructed as structural consultants as part of a major internal alterations / restorations project. Structural alterations had to be sympathetic to the nature of the building whilst meeting the main contractors construction programme.
Residential Rear Extension, Liverpool
IGN Structures were instructed to provide their expertise in creating an open plan kitchen / living space. The existing property was fully opened up to the rear and extended out. Clients brief was to have no internal columns and a chic exposed beam finish.
Shallowmead Nurseries, Lymington
IGN Structures were instructed by the steel fabricator to assist in the extension to an existing garden centre. Steel portal frames formed the main structure to create this additional space.
